two main aims:
- To publicise members' services
and products.
- To provide a presence on
the internet for those members who do not currently have one.
Mission Statement:
To provide a focused supportive
organisation that assists member businesses to improve their profitability through
the evolution and promotion of knowledge transfer, joint ventures, vendor communication,
standards of the best business practice and MIT application development.
Vision:
To provide excellent, cost
effective services to dealer and developer members that can only be achieved in
a co-operative environment such as ADMIT.
Objectives
- To provide a forum
for the sharing of members' experiences and provision of mutual support in the
ever changing technical and commercial environment of the supply of MIT system
and solutions.
- To provide cost
and time effective education and training to member companies in relevant technical,
business and commercial matters, and to identify levels of competence appropriate
for MIT systems and solutions providers.
- To adopt, adapt
and improve best business practices and range of support services to guide the
successful and secure commercial activities of member companies.
- To provide a collective
communications channel to key suppliers of MIT products and services.
- To develop and
implement vendor quality monitoring systems, in order to improve the appreciation
by suppliers to member companies of their responsibilities for the supply of high
quality products and services to meet the expectations of the ultimate MIT systems
end-users.
- To identify, develop,
promote and improve the use of best standard methods and techniques in the design
development, supply, implementation and support of MIT applications.
- To identify the
members' products and skill resources, and to develop the communication of such
information to all members to encourage the establishment of joint ventures to
supply more complete, better supported and profitable solutions to end users with
less overall risk.
- To promote the
members products and services to a wider market through various promotional activities
and services.
- To continually
explore the opportunities open to members through world wide developments in the
MIT product and services markets.
- To recognise the
importance and value of synergy, collective representation and mutual support.
